WHY does ARC GAMES make Re-Activating old Accounts NEAR IMPOSSIBLE, and TOTALLY DIFFICULT!?!?

If I don't play an ARC GAMES game for 6 months, ARC GAMES CANCELS MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT EMAILING ME WHY!

Please add Cross play to Remnant! I want to purchase for steam so I can play on the Steam deck but currently playing with friends through Xbox Game pass PC
