In the War of the Sixth Coalition (1812–1814), a coalition of Austria, Prussia, Russia, the United Kingdom, Portugal, Sweden, Spain and a number of German States finally defeated France and drove Napoleon into exile on Elba. After the disastrous French invasion of Russia, the continental powers joined Russia, the UK, Portugal and the rebels in Spain. With their armies reorganized, they drove Napoleon out of Germany in 1813 and invaded France in 1814, forcing Napoleon to abdicate and restoring the Bourbons.

Each country will start out with 2 armies, 2 navies and 50,000,000 in their tresuary. An army costs 5,000,000 to make and 2,000,000 to maintain. A navy costs 3,500,000 to make and 1,000,000 to maintain.
Each providence you hold has a garrison of 10,000 men
Nations will get 3,000,000 from Oversea Trade routes and 1,500,000 from land trade routes. Each nation will recieve 5,000,000 weekly ( Taxes )

Navy: 250 Ships ( You can pick what type of ships you get )

Each City you have will start out with 200,000 men ( men can be added for 20,000,000 ( 400,000 per 20mil troops )

the armys/navies you start out with have 0 upkeep.

Annexation Rules: You can only claim one Providence of land on each continent if you have troops near it. ( all Troops start at your Mainland. ) You can do the battle instantly, but you have to use Millita as your army, and 1 General.
