Group Permissions have been changed so that now all members can schedule events.

I thought this might it easier to alert others of potential games instead of just trying to set something up or inviting people or whatever else. So whenever anybody is looking to play, just schedule an event for that time - no matter what time - that way it automatically alerts everybody who's online, and hopefully we can get more group games going!
