Well to answer your question, this is a recruitment group for the UOP. The UOP is a region on a website called www.nationstates.net . What is nationstates? Nation states is a free website in which you make a country, choose its flag, history etc, encounter issues, solve problems, talk to people, engage in a mock UN and much much more. What is a region? There is an easy way to explain this, a think of a region as a Steam RP, and pretend Steam is more RP orianted then game orianted. A Region is like a group you have your nation in and you RP in it, you make allinces, go to war, sign treaties whatever you can think of that world leaders would do IRL. Wana join? Great!

1) Make a nation on www.nationstates.net
2) Click on the flag in the upper left hand corner of the screen it should say your nation name.
3) Now you should be on your main nation page, after this you want to click "The World".
4) Click "Find Nation or Region" in the upper left hand courner.
5) Type in "United order of Pigeonstotzka" (We nicknamed it the UOP for short).
6) Click on the region, then click "Move (Your Country Name) to United Order of Pigeonstotzka" Under the Tags but just above the "Today World Census Report".
7) Now that you have joined, click on the map and find a place that is labeled with an "NPC" title in the name. Once you found an non used, NPC place, go down and comment in the UOP comments thats the place you want, and soon it shall be edited so that you are there.
