Tier 3 in AWN

Welcome to Tier 3 Roleplaying. Since the former Tier 3 failed, our job will be to reset it. We are aiming for this Tier to become a " Super Tier " in Roleplaying! With " Super Tier ", we mean that this Tier will be balanced.

Rules (From AWN):
1: Absoulutly no member bashing
2. No deleting or editing others' announcments, and a LIMIT of 3 announcments a day.
3: Give the nation 1 day to respond to a declaration of war before attacking
4: No mass conquering. You must fight one battle before taking territory. Depending on the size of the country, the amount of battles may vary, maxing at 8.
5: If no Nation responds to the declaration of War, their Nation shall be conquered with no less than 5 days. If they still do not respond within that time, the attacking nation shall discuss peace terms, which shall be accepted unconditionally.
6. (For Andrew) No confusing other members, pretending to be a leader of a nation you are not or you shall be kicked.
