Welcome to the Minute Men

Historically: The Minute Men were a group of colonialists durring the American Revolution. They were a group of irregular militia that could be called upon to fight the british at any minute
of the day. They were a self supplied group of freedom fighters.

In early December of 2011 The Minute Men Irregulars was founded by captain Joe who is determined for his group to rise and conquer. We are looking for any man who plays Napoleonic Wars regularly, is loyal, and willing to serve the group! Any man can improve through training and loyalty and through this all things are possible.

THREE COMMANDMENTS OF THE MINUTE MEN:

1. RESPECT - Respect will always be shown to superior officers as well as to all fellow Minute Men, despite any age or confliction. When given a direct command from a superior officer you are expected to obey it.

2. DISCIPLINE - Discipline will always be demonstrated durring trainings and Line battles, when you attend you will be expected to fall in and carry out orders to the best of your abilities

3. ATTENDANCE - Attendance must be met to the best of your abilities, every member must make atleast one 1 Line Battle and practise a week. If you are unable to make either then inform the Captain or a superior officer of your absence. If you do not attend anything for a period of 2 weeks without informing someone that you wont be there then you will be either demoted or kicked from the group!

CONSEQUENCES: If any of the commandments are vilolated then you can expect to either demoted or kicked depending on the severity of the disobediance.

Its ok if you are absent a few times or are unable to make it for even a week or so but you MUST inform someone that you will be gone for that durration of time other wise you might get kicked!
