The Holy CSGO team!

Greetings to those this may concern,
I am new player to CS:GO; however, not a bad player. I am looking for other dedicated players that are looking to be a serious team.
Mistakes will occur, by me, and most likely other players, and this is where I become critical; only those that have the maturity to not rage, and instead learn are those that will stay in the team. I am new to all the roles, other than rifler; however, being good at chess I would like to try out caller/IGL.
