Welcome to The Construct!

It is my pleasure to officially announce the beginning of a team project to develop the game we call, "The Construct."

The Construct will be a turn-based, asynchronous, time and action point driven game of strategy. This is the brainchild of The Frozen Nixon's League, and the work of a team of fellows from that group. Our goal is to make a better, deeper, more mechanically sound TBS game than any currently available, combining the best elements of many and removing the frustrations and dead weight simultaneously.

The general forum in this group will be the posting place for game updates and timelines, art and teases, etc. as we begin, and move forward, with this process.

As we release concepts and such, it is our hope that those visitors and group participants interested in the ongoing process pipe up with ideas and commentary/criticism/praise/etc. to let us know how things sound on paper! lol

There is no definitive timeline for completion of this project--we all have day jobs, sorta--but expect some form of progress reports regularly.

The first forum posting will be regarding some art work and general game modes/concepts.

When we decide on directions for the game, that information will be, as much as possible, shared here!
