About us

The Old Gits Army was formed originally under the name Task Force 141 early in 2009 by a dude who had nothing better to do (because he was massively in debt and could not afford to go out)!

A few failed attempts required a plan to get this off the ground, and so after playing on the 509th Tactical Servers, it was thought this would be a good way to attract the right kind of people, and because there were sooo many run and gun servers out there.

The tactical server was born and soon after, the clan began to grow, bringing in a good number of mature gamers with the right attitude to gaming, the majority of which are still with us today and are about as active as old dudes can get!

Brief foreys into Call of Duty Modern Warfare and scrimming soon led us to Battlefield Bad Company 2. From this point on, the clan grew rapidly from about 15 to 60!

As it stands at the moment we are currently recruiting for BFBC2, RO2(Red Orchestra 2) and Battlefield 3.

In 2009, a crack commando unit was sent to a nursing home by a military court for a crime they didn't commit (bed wetting).

These men promptly escaped from a maximum security home to the urban underground. Today, still wanted by the government, they survive as smelly old soldiers of fortune.
