Cause everyone wants the Horseless Headless Horseman Achievements and Items

Curently we are using the server for gathering and trading the items for the halloween event. Please do not use classes like heavies or engineers, if you don't attack other members when the Horseless Headless Horseman or a gift box spawns. When a gift box spawns please don't talk it if you already had the achievement.
