Purpose:
To allow raffle group owners, administrators and moderators from different groups to communicate with eachother. This could potentially stop scammers from affecting multiple groups and would make the recruitment of moderators/administrators much easier.

Rules
1. Only moderators and admins from established, reputed raffle groups may join
2. To join your group must have over 500 members
3. If your moderator/admin team contain someone from our scammers list then your group will not be recognised. If a satisfactory explaination is offered or the offending person removed from his/her position then our position may be reassessed
