Ataraxia is a Greek philosophical term used to describe an eloquent state of vigorous composure, characterized by the constant freedom from distress and worry. Though, The use of the term antaraxia to describe a state free of mental distress and adjournment, it only takes survival of the fittest to achieve SURVATOS.

Survatos is known to be our way of determining the Darwinian evolutionary theory of natural selection to corroborate the term ‘survival of the fittest’
