What is this group about?

Serious. I feel like that word has lost It's meaning. At least on Garry's Mod.

Serious RP this, Serious RP that... yet no server I have played on has actually been serious.
So here we are, Creating an "actual" serious roleplay server.
The only issue we currently face, is the amount of people we will be able to get on the server.
To some people it might not be obvious to why. So let me quickly explain.

When a "not so well thinking" person creates a server,
they allow their friends and random strangers that seem "cool" to gain power at an immense rate.
Due to this, the server quickly changes from an organized democracy/dictatorship to anarchism.

Anarchism is a great word to some. But we can all agree that in a Garry's Mod servers case...
It's not.

Instead of a base line of rules being stable and constantly keeping the server in check, a few people
that have more power than others create groups.
These groups fight eachother, over staff rights, ranking rights,
and honestly more things that are just "not so well thought" of.


On M&T Gaming, we are shifting our focus from that... to an actual, and seriously organized hierarchy. No, we are not
going to be using our powers to only benefit staff and people who pay money.
We are going to simply have a strict
set of rules that all must obey.
The server has a very deep view of how things should work, and therefore democracy
would be difficult, and slow it down.



When you join M&T gaming, just sit back and relax. Don't bother with staff, and issues.
