Remove Sniper

Sniper does nothing but make the game unfun for everyone else to play. He has no active role in the game other then make it unfun to play for everyone else. His gameplay loop resolves around nothing but sitting in the backline and make the game unfun for everyone else to play.

The game would be more fun for everyone if this class didn't exist.
