What is your ideal horror game?

Horror has evolved and devolved throughout the past 20 years. Games such as Resident Evil kicking true horror in gear, whilst games like Slender adding to jump scare type horror elements where you are spooked by a popup. My question to you all though is, what is your ideal horror game?

Do you like the FNAF routine of jumpscares and waiting or the idea of building of nostalgia and suspense with a musical buildup that leads to something terrifying, games like Dino Crisis, Resident Evil, Outlast, Amnesia all used the suspense buildup and it worked amazingly well.

However there are also games such as FNAF, Slender, Dungeon Nightmares and more that added the idea of jump scares, although not always successful to a certain younger audience it can be, but that may be because they have not witnessed the true identity of horror games, with a classic buildup to being chased by a psychopath with music playing as you run for your life.

What would you all like to see in your ideal horror game? A game that builds suspense or one with jumpscares and terrifying ideas?
