Welcome to the group! We have some simple rules here, just abide them and we'll all be just dandy. (Space Dandy, for my friend Cyan.)

RULES:
-There shall be no spamming in chat. We want this to be a professional, but fun community! :D
-Please do not disrepect others members of the group. We all brothers here at ☆Shining Star Raffles☆, so let's show some respect to eachother, give to others what you want them to give you. If you want others to give you disrespect, you might want to rethink your mentality.
-No profanity, you can do it every so often, just don't go around like a sailor and say every dirty word you know. Repeat offenders will be kicked out and banned. This is suppose to be a nice and friendly group, so let's keep it that way and have some fun here and there!
-Don't ask for a rank promotion in the group, this will result in you being put even lower on the rank-up list. We must get to know you well enough to do this. How can we work together if there is no true trust?
-Do not include the item being raffled off in the entry fee. If you do so, it will be denied and we will kindly ask in a message to fix this error. If you repeatedly do the same mistake over and over for the same raffle, it will result in minor reprecussions, and you will not be entered in the raffle. The punishments will be decided on how severe the issue is.
-If you win a raffle, we will send you a trade request, or offer. Do not spam the owner, officers, or moderators for your item. You will get it in due time. If you are a repeat offender for spamming trade requests for items, you will be reported to the owner and be given a temporary ban, the amount of time base on the severity of the spam.
-Avoid changing your name while raffles are taking place. If you change your name during a raffle and we cannot find you, we will do another drawing without your slots and give it to the winner of that drawing.
-Be a good sport. If you lose a raffle, don't just rage at the winner, or the raffler crew. Same for those who win, don't rub the prize in other people's faces. We don't tolerate this kind of behavior, and would rather promote good sportsmanship. It's a key part of life, of course!
-If a weapon you raffle off includes any paints or strange parts, we will divide the value of the paint or parts, or both if the item has both of these, and add it to the value of the actuall weapon. Specialized and Professional Killstreak items are exempt from this rule, plain killstreak item values will not be applied. Sorry.
