Server Defense Agency

Before I begin, I'd like to thank Strayed of the RFAI for inspiring me to make this announcement. This announcement is somewhat RP-ish, but whatever.

After a year since this group's creation it had gone softly into the night. No more announcements, no more chat on the discussions, and no more people on the SDA HQ Server.

This is mainly attributed to mostly myself, as school has gotten in the way these past few years. I intend to revive this group. Make no mistake, by this I do not mean that you or I should value this group over your real lives but there are changes that need to be made.

I will try to organize more SDA activities and such on weekends, assuming I receive some support from my Seconds in Commands. In the meanwhile, I will still run trainings, meetups, and the occasional operation but much more will come in the summer during what I will designate the "Summer Ops"

This group has served many purposes in its time. It has hosted a light military RP enviroment, served as a protector for servers, served as a caring community, and has taught many of us new skills. For some, it was building in-game or playing the game. For me, it was running a server and a community.

In conclusion, I ask all the remaining agents of the SDA to keep your eyes open for new announcements and attend some group events. I understand that I cannot force anyone to do this, but I can always be hopeful.

Thank you for reading, regardless if you still believe in this group. All of you have contributed so much and I thank you all for it.
