Hello there, scrubs! <3

Our goal here is to find people who have none or very little competitive experience, and teach them everything they'd need to know! c:

Rules:
1. Be kind and supportive of your fellow teamates: Everyone is here to have fun and get better, don't bring them down, help them out!

2. Have good sportmanship: Don't get angry if we're losing! That won't change anything. We can talk after matches/scrims about what we did right or wrong and fix them. If someone on the opposite team is being rude, ignore it. Don't let it get to you. They're only trying to get you angry or put you down.

3. MOST IMPORTANT: Have fun! That's what TF2 is supposed to be all about. A team based around having fun is much better than one bent on only winning.

Alright everyone, as you know yesterday when we were playing tf2, our comms were everywhere and no one could say or ask anything they needed to.
I do not want that to become a problem in the future when we are actually practicing/playing in matches.

When we're just messing around:
It's always fine to mess around and say whatever when we're just playing together. But even then, please, try to be respectful and do not talk or interupt your fellow team mates while they are talking. Keeping comms clear is the best and only way to avoid headaches. Also, please, no spamming the chat, for those who have Text-to-Speech on it can be a very huge annoyance.

In matches/scrims/practices:
Comms need to stay clear of anything irrelevant.
We all need to be able to hear important call outs like who's down, low health targets, when we're pushing, when we're backing out, ect. If no one can hear what anyone else is calling out, our team work will end up being a disaster.

So, everyone please listen to this and we won't have any more comm problems! Also, if at any point you'd like to come hang out or chat, I'll be on the mumble, so just come join in! Thank you for reading, I'm looking forward to next season with you all!
