Group of people who got their accounts locked after trading with User "Umm Shaif (Abu Dhabi)"

Nobody in this group had the intention to fuel a credit card fraud or to incur into a fraudulent deal.
As steam users we are not provided with tools that can detect a fraudulent user / bad intention of someone offering us a trade.
We used the steam marketplace and the steam trade windows to complete our trades, not being aware that such kind of trade would lead to our accounts being restricted.
We do understand that Steam has to protect its community and platform from fraud /fraudulent users.

However, locking the account of legitimate consumers permanetly is not the solution. Most of us have spend a considerable amount of money on this platform and on their accounts.

What stops fraudsters from creating new accounts, using stolen credit cards and continuing the hunt for new victims? The only loss i see here, is that Valve loses several customers by applying this policy. Locked users should be able to defend themselves from a permanent lockout and Valve should take their time to judge this correctly in their own interest.

Hopefully Steam Support takes our plea and understands that we did not attempt to partake any wrongdoing or unlawful behaviour towards the steam community.
