RCT - 01 - DvL - KING No, you don't get to choose your ranks.

BLACKMARKS AND CORRUPTION:

Blackmarks are assigned to ranks when they fail to follow the rules applied by the CCA. Maximum three blackmarks. Three blackmarks, you get Off-World Reassignment (As in, you lose your status in the CCA and have to make a new one.) Blackmarks may be replaced with demotion. DvL and above may assign and remove blackmarks.

Corruption in the CCA will require definite proof, and if you are seen corrupted it will result in death and permanent banning from the CCA group (as in, if you apply ever again you will be denied. You can still CP and everything, it's just a ban from US.)

RULES:

/salute your superiors, and obey them.
Patrol, don't act like a fool and sit in the department. EXCEPTION: ENFORCE division, and this only applies if you have no logical reason to be in the Dept.
Obey the Chief and Mayor, regardless if he's in the CCA or not. Even if I'm not on, if I catch corruption...
High command may promote units. (High Command: DvL and KING division.)

TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:
RCTs may not EVER be promoted from status without full training. The only exception would be if it was an alternate unit.
RCTs must understand:
Patrolling
Etiquette
Breaching

WEAPONRY RIGHTS:
RCTs get their pistols.
01 and above may have weaponry.
