FAQ

1. (Q) How trustworthy is Rolling Raffles? (A) Each Raffle is maintained by trained admins and moderators from the Rolling Raffle community. We do thorough background checks on all Staff members before we consider them for a position. All staff members are SteamRep approved. A list of all Staff members, and their credentials can be found in the link bellow. http://eo.steamhost.cc/steamcommunity_com/groups/RollingRaffles/discussions/1/619574421244460577/ We use random.org to pick winners. 2. (Q) Can I make a raffle? (A) Yes! Ask an admin to list it for you! You can state the number of slots, when it closes, what you are raffling and how much per slot! Rolling Raffles will keep 10% of the proceeds, in order to maintain our server and have timely giveaways. 3. (Q) Can I get a refund if I want to exit out of a Raffle? (A) If you ever change your mind about a raffle, before it is called, we will refund your full price of admission then and there. Just talk to the Staff Member who is hosting the raffle.
