Government Charter.

President -Elected/Approved
Has the authority to condemn games, and represent the player base, but does not have the authority to remove any officials, and cannot declare hostilities against any fandom.

Chancellor -Appointed by the Senate.
Supervises any congregations, and with dual agreement with the President, may declare a state of emergancy, leaving any bills from the Congress/Parliament to only need 35% approval rating, assuming both the President, and the Chancellor agree on it.

The Senate -Elected
Consists of 10 members of the Garry's Mod community, must meet a quarum of 5 members, and the Chancellor, in order to be in session.
Has the authority to impeach any Government official, may declare hostilities against a fandom/playerbase, may not discriminate against any players, and show respect regardless of Fandom, Creed, or Belief.

The High Court -2 members chosen by the President, 2 by the Chancellor, and one Supreme Judge elected.
Has the authority to review and abolish any actions against this charter, and may remove Government officials from office.
