Clone Wars Update

Due to the new addons we adding, server may have alot of server restarts.
Aswell, things that are being added are the Baton for CG/GG, Defibs for medics, tab menu/F4-Menu.

So please be advised, we ( as in Jenkins & Axe) are fixing it as fast as possible, aswell Do not complain. For we are trying to resolve the issue.
