Quad Damage has been given the rank of Captain. He is 2nd in Command in the Regulators.

Quad has been a serious asset to the Regulators and has become the backbone to what we do. Thank you Quad for all your help.

I want the Regulators to start Role Playing and getting involved. Start questioning people; who they are, what they doing, where they live etc. Pull vehicles over and question. Set a Quoata for 1 a day. During investigations of suspicious activity you have the right to apprehend and process people for questioning or bring before sentencing. Any and all infractions. Start utilizing voip and more in game uses. Request to open bases for vehicle searches (12 hour warning if they violate and report).

They need to participate in the RP and can't back out. If they quit then the are warned first then temporary un-whitelist then banned.

If they don't comply then you have to attempt to apprehend them by getting them to submit by force or 1 shot in them. If you feel your life threatened then defend. If they are getting away try to get at least 1 hit to identify the person so we can go after them.
