Friend is selling his 3 Year steam account! Valued at $1,000

I have a friend who is looking to sell his 3 year steam account. The account values at $1,007 and he wants at LEAST $100 for it. The account has:

-65 Games
-Steam level 11
-And a handful of items in the inventory.

He is looking to get $100 at least. If you know anyone who is interested please let me know.
