Honor the Arc

Tavish Degroot is a drunken, wealthy bomb lobbing Scottish demolitions ordinance expert, witch hunting, stuntman, pirate, pimp, enemy trapping, medieval weapon wielding cycloptic Highlander Prince who once had a terrible plan to kill the Loch Ness monster.

Tavish Degroot is the Master of the Arc, which means indirect fire. He teaches us that our problems can be solved at an angle. Nades, stickies, and jumping Demoman arc as they fly through the air. Even melee weapons can be swung in this wondrous motion.

Here at The Order of the Magnificent Arc we strive to keep the Arc alive. We at the Order may only have one eye, but we see more than most. We’re predictors of movement, whether that movement is controlled by us leading the enemy on or not. We never actually need to aim directly at an enemy, for they always run into our fire. It is difficult to determine if it’s our skill which allows our fire to land on an enemy, or if they lose all hope upon sight of a Demoman and simply walk directly into it.
