Magic Ducks Code of conduct:

Thank you for showing interest in the Magic Ducks!



By joining and participating in following gameplay oriented social interaction group, you agree to following Code of Conduct:
Failing to do so may lead to a dismissal without prior notice.



We may refer to said group “Magic Ducks”, as “MD”.



§ 1 Requirements of entry.

§1.1 A person looking to join MD must fulfill following requirements to a satisfactory degree, determined by MD:PA (Magic Ducks: Personnel Administration):

· Teamplay.

· Coordination.

· Computer-literacy.

· Online activity.

· Prior failure of good manners.

§ 1.2 Personal interview with MD:PA whilst in a gameplay environment:

Any and all members of MD are expected to function properly in any competitive. That goes to say, certain following included (but not limited) perks / behaviors may be required:

· Agreed upon Callouts and clear descriptions.

· Commands in a non-aggressive manner.

· No accusations, only polite improvement suggestions.

· Obedience of keywords like “Ruhe” or “Nicht jetzt”.

· Strategical positioning with validity.



§ 2 Structure of MD.

MD is structured as following:

MD: Personnel-Administraion1:

After MD has exceeded a total group count of 30. A Personnel-Administration will be erected. Eligible Members stem from: MD:Moderators & Coordinators, highly active MD:Members, and MD:Administrators.

The size of the board mustn’t exceed 10% of the current ordinal size of MD:Members and mustn’t exceed the 10 people mark (due to gameplay testing).

Is the limit of ten people not reached will MD:Administrators and MD:Founders stock up to the ten people mark.

Is the total group count of thirty not succeeded, any and all MD:Admins and MD:Founders take a dual position in MD:Personnel-Administration.

MD:Moderators and Coordinators2:

MD:Moderators are the executive for of MD. They are ordered by MD:Administrators and MD:Founders and required to keep logs of their activity.

An MD:Member is eligible for MD:Moderator after a substantial time spent inside of the MD Group.

MD:Coordinators are responsible for structure and order inside the group. They act like the judicative force inside the group. E.g.: Creation of guides / announcements inside of Steam, Voice communication configuration or creation of representative material. Requirements for promotion are the same as for MD:Moderators.


§ 3 Agreements of fair gameplay.

§ 3.1 Fair-play:

It is expected that any and all Members of the Group follow these rules:

· You mustn’t take virtual or analog property in self-interest. May be allowed when in good faith.

· Any and all criticism are valid and must be recognized as such.

· Freedom of expression is present, but also subject to scrutinization and basic good manners are expected (no racism (applied to all races), no elitism, no greed, no criminal threats or actions, no antisemitism)

ANY AND ALL CRIMINAL ACTS MAY BE REPORTED TO LOCAL FEDERAL POLICE!


§ 4 Communication NDA agreement.

§ 4.1 Any and all media communicated inside of MD is under NDA and must be kept private. Exceptions apply for MD:Coordinators and MD:Administrators as well as MD:Founders.

Failing in doing so may result in a dismissal.


§ 5 Requirements for permanent partnership dissolvement.

§ 5.1 For the devolvement of partnership with MD may be explained with prior notice as well as reason (reason is optional concerning private-life complications)

§ 5.2 An unannounced inactivity of more than 4 months may lead into a dismissal with prior notice.

§ 5.3 After a dissolvement, you may still be eligible for re-entry. Amnesty may apply in this case.
