We want console available!

*Why would we have to wait to be disconnected from a server that we already know is down?
*Why wont we connect directly to the servers we want?
*Why do we have to connect to other peoples ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ old pc's instead of having a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ dedicated server?
After-all we bought the game! We payed 60 eur for it, plus the DLC´s that makes 90 eur...! WTF!
STEAM, please fix this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥!
