Possible New Captain for Pirate Game

I've been informed by Griggs that he might opt out of the session, if he can't guarantee days, as he didn't feel right taking up the position. I've assured him that the first mate, left hand and right hand positions were able to serve well enough, but in the event that he does opt out, it might help to be prepared in the event that it does take a turn for the worst.

By default, Captain position should be going to Regina, but this is a crew's IC decision, and the group's OOC decision. We can promote someone else, or, perhaps, we could introduce someone new, if they'd be willing to play the session after it's 3/4ths done.

From now on rolling past a 30 plus will no longer guarantee an automatic success as you face tougher bosses. Just a heads up.
