Comment on the announcement what item you want to raffle, what the entry fee is, and how many slots there will be in your raffle. If I'm not online, just send me a trade offer with a description of your raffle. If you are willing to start raffles and work hard, then I will promote you to a moderater, or even an officer of this group. Cheating or scamming will result in a permanent ban.
