Head inside to find your Moogles. Grab your Mog Stamp and I recommend you cut Mog's fluff if you're leaving for the Lynari Desert. With that done, leave the house and head east to leave the village.
Welcome to the small village of Leuda, the place of all the Selkies, my people!

They are living here in peace and quiet and don't want to mess around with anybody. There's not much for us to here either, but let's go ahead and do what we can actually do.

Leuda is a town from Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles on the southern tip of Lynari Island. The Selkies have settled in this out-of-the-way place due to persecution. Over the years, Leuda has become a vibrant port town and portal to the Lynari Desert. The merchants at Leuda carry very nice items.

If you come here as anything other than a Selkie, every time you speak to one of the people here you'll get mugged. I'm not kidding. If you're a Clavat, a Lilty, or a Yuke every time you speak to a Selkie here you'll get some gil pilfered. Check your gil, speak to a Selkie and check it again. It's not much (not more than 10 gil I believe) so don't worry too much about it.

You can speak to the Selkie that's near the dock as we come in. If you check the area between this little hut and the bridge you can find one of those secret items.

As you cross the bridge you'll find some Selkies jumping around on some ropes. If you speak to them you'll be able to jump on these ropes to get items. Let me tell you right now, IT IS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME. Unless you really liked the minigame the items you get here are not worth you trying to play it for an hour. Your prizes are: Bronze, Iron, Mythril, and Orichalcum. You need 500, 1000, 2000, and 4000 points respectively. You usually get 1 point for a regular jump and depending on the combination of the button you can get up to 6 points max. So yeah, totally not worth it. You can get Orichalcum from enemy drops in Rebena Te Ra and it's somewhat common. You can get at least 2 or 3 every couple of runs.
There's also a merchant over here, Karl Linay. She sells materials

and some you haven't been able to purchase before, Rubies and Jades. You can purchase some if you want/need them, or you can always come back. Past her you'll be able to find another merchant. He sells a whole bunch of scrolls, several weapons scrolls (these weapon scrolls can be fround in the Conall Curach and Rebena Te Ra dungeons, but they are very rare) and the whole bunch of Mythril Armor sets.

Head west from here, speak to the kids if you want and go behind the hut with the pink roof to find the MOOGLE HOUSE for this area!
