How the Raffle works

This Group was inspired by RudeMcRudes Mega raffles, but I felt that the winning system should be diffrent. My Raffle works like this:

1) Enter in a hat, key, or buds of any quality + a one scrap entrance fee
2) The Higher the quality the more likely that you will get something more valuable. This way people who dont have much can still win something with out losing there one valuble hat that they love, and those with 6 unusuals can still enjoy it. By doing this you get your name entered more than once! Depending on how many people enter, the more people enter the more times your name gets in depending what you entered!
3) You will add me give me the item and your steam Id, I will record your entery in a EXEL spread sheet
4) After a predetermined amout of time ( probibly about 2 weeks )
5) I will start to give out prizes!
6) I will add you in the order of who won, you can then chose what ever hat you would like from my inventory!
6) You can get anything from unusuals to craft hats

Hats: One entry, I dont care about the value of the hat if its dyed then you get two entries
Keys: 3 entries ( may be larger or smaller depending on turnout )
Buds: 8 entries ( may be larger or smaller depending on turnout )
Unusuals: 15 entries ( may be larger or smaller depending on turnout )

I DONT ACCEPT METAL AND NAME TAGS DONT MATTER
