If you guys are going to play with each other, make sure to download skype and a decent microphone. Also what we need to do when we play, we can ♥♥♥♥ around when the round is in buy before starting, but after the round starts we need to stop ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ each other by creating noises or talking about other ♥♥♥♥. Cause an example is when I'm playing with forest or Jason and some one else is talking while we are trying to focus with the AWP or AK our attention gets diverted and then we end up dying. We need to work on our communication, and here are the main updated roles:
Jason- main AWPER/ game sense call outs
Rahul(aka foreign)- backup AWPER, usually strategist
Jesse( aka forest)- lurk.
Damien- support
Kerm- until he fixes his mic, he is the backup AWPER
And we will find roles for everyone else- if you want to play with us just make a discussion page, on preferred role, and play style.

Competitive rules
This is NOT and I mean NOT mandatory, but, if you are in a five man lobby with ALL T3amSoloQue members; follow these rules, these rules are open to modification and alteration. These are the rules I play by, since the mods (all of them) and owner havent all been on at once there hasnt been a time where we can discuss these rules. Small list at first but we hope by following these rules we as a group can acheive victory in our games, if we can stop either winning by a lot then letting the team comeback or losing by a lot and us coming back.
1. One awp per round (Mirage is the only execption)
2. No team damage (or team kills) AT ALL
3. Team warmup before game
4. Listen to team members
5. Designated AWPers are Kermit, Jason, and Shia (But if you prove yourself as a valuable AWPer you can become designated)
6. Team buys (Top fragger(s) call out saves or forces)
7. Don't push seperately, safe rotate, play sites, and push together (THIS IS RUSSIA)
