Qu'est-ce que la Kaladrius ?


Kaladrius a commencé sur Overwatch en Avril 2019 et s’est porté sur du multi-gaming dès Octobre 2019. La structure est composée de la présidente et fondatrice HappyLilPill, du co-président, Arrow, ainsi que du staff et des différentes line-up. Plus précisément, un juriste, des conseillers, des community managers, des graphistes et développeurs composent le staff. Il y a différents jeux comme Overwatch et League of Legends qui comportent chacun un ensemble de joueurs, des coachs et des subs.
L’association ne demande pas de participation financière à l’adhésion (=cotisation) pour des raisons de principes étant donné que certains joueurs sont mineurs, étudiants ou tout simplement dans l’incapacité de fournir quelque investissement que ce soit. Cela signifie que l’association ne tire aucun profit ou bénéfice financiers de ses joueurs et ne possède donc pas de fonds. Les LANs, les tournois avec engagements, le matériel, etc sont à la charge du joueur tant que la structure n’est pas aidée par d’éventuelles subventions, dons ou sponsors.

What is the Kaladrius?


Kaladrius started on Overwatch in April 2019 and moved to multi-gaming in October 2019. The structure is composed of the president and founder HappyLilPill, the co-president, Arrow, as well as the staff and the different line-ups. More precisely, a lawyer, consultants, community managers, graphic designers and developers make up the staff. There are different games such as Overwatch and League of Legends, each with a set of players, coaches and subs.
The association does not ask for a financial contribution to the membership (=contribution) for reasons of principle as some players are minors, students or simply unable to provide any investment whatsoever. This means that the association does not derive any financial profit or benefit from its players and therefore does not own any funds. LANs, tournaments with commitments, equipment, etc. are at the expense of the player as long as the structure is not helped by possible subsidies, donations or sponsorships.
