Hey, what's up guys! I'm Zelion47 presenting a nice and sparkly new fanclub for my great friend, JeffKyler14! This is a place where fans of his can just roam around and have fun! Other fans can meet and come together for great group things! JeffKyler14 can post some of his art in the announcements and have it seen immediately! Hell, everything's a party here! I'm not saying there will be cake, but... If you volunteer- oh nevermind forget it.

Now, im pretty calm when it comes to rules so, I'll only put out a few that WILL be enforced.
