This is a Half-Life 2 modification that will try to clone the PS2 title: Jak 2, and port it over to the PC.

The mod is currently being worked on (slowly), but ::Egan:: cannot do it alone! If you enjoy the Jak and Daxter franchise, and have experience with the Source SDK program. Then send an email to jak2source@gmail.com

I saw the vid, its a great start, some things that i think you should consider,
controller support
3rd person view option
use textures from old games to make the city,
full open world,
NPCs in city,
If it helps, animate cutscenes for early part of the game. Keep up the good work.

I really appreciate (what you are doing) this, as a child, this was my favourite game, (i play/ed alot of games, saying that its a favourite, means alot) and would most ccertainly hit my top 5 of all time.
Jak and Daxter the precursor legacy, Jak II, Jak III, are amazing.
No matter how long it takes, take your time with this if you truly want to remake this amazing game, make it how you know it WAS played, obviously it will have to be smoother, and some features will come and go, but make it feel like Jak II. Take me back in time.
I am not a programmer, nor do I have money (large scale), but if I can help in anyway to remake this dream, please contact me.
