We have had two Council meeting recently and have had small turnouts. The only way for you to be considered for ranking up from now on is by regularly coming to Council meetings. We are Council, we are one. You will receive no punishment for missing council meetings other than the inherent lessening respect of your peers and the inability to rank up. Hail Council.
