Another interesting thing about Shuriken Toss is its bizarre damage scaling (100/200/250/325), which means it's generally a good idea to scale it to rank 2 as early as possible, then leave the last two points for when you know you can support the mana cost.
Another ministun of note: Antimage's ultimate. It even goes through bkb, so it's useful for combating Enigma and his black hole, even when he gets magic immunity, or for canceling a Juggernaut who's trying to escape via spin-tp.
