1. Must be Silver Elite Master or higher
2. Must know your ingame roles.
3. Must be able to do dry practices every weekend.
4. Must have a mic and have good communication.
5. Must be a team player.
6. Must know when to Eco and when not to.
7. Must have game sense.
8. Must have a mentality to win at all times.
9. Must know smokes and flashes for Dust 2, Inferno and Cache.
10. Must speak english.
