Including their cost, performance, price/performance ratio, and how they might affect the Total Cost of Ownership of a PC in given price segments.

Reason: There are far too many people on Steam with _500 series graphics cards (either NVIDIA or ATI), many of which are OEM and/or 'under powered' editions with only DDR3 (instead of GDDR5) and/or half the memory bus width, etc.
