We are an award-winning video game studio based in Brighton, UK. We believe that happy, healthy teams make great games, so we take a people-first, no-crunch approach to development.

We’re best known for our critically acclaimed Velocity series and, of course, our super-soothing hit PowerWash Simulator, which has set us on a path of pioneering games designed to soothe and satisfy.

We’ve been creating unique gaming experiences since 2003. From humble beginnings creating flash games as a two-person outfit to the over 100-strong team we have today, we’ve grown alongside the industry and are proud to be a part of the UK’s gaming heritage.

Your first day on the job is confirmed, and you’ll get your van, powerwasher and keys to the home base on Thursday 23rd October 2025!

Here at FuturLab, our team have loved seeing all the excitement for PowerWash Simulator 2, and we appreciate your patience while we 100% confirmed our release date was good to go. We can’t wait for you all to play the game we’ve poured so much love into for the past few years!

If you can’t wait till then, we released a Steam demo last week which lets you play the first two levels and see some of the sparkling new features. Find out more here.

PowerWash Simulator 2 is only possible because of all the love you showed PowerWash Simulator, and we’ve been hard at work making sure this sequel brings you all the upgrades, quality of life features and fresh new-ness you were hoping for!

Sparkly New-ness Recap:

- Split-Screen and Online Multiplayer: Clean solo, with a friend on the couch, or with up to four total players online – all with shared progression.

- Abseiling and Scissor Lift: Scale buildings, hover over rooftops, and clean from every angle. Don’t worry – fall damage doesn’t exist here.

- Multi-Stage Jobs: Just when you think you’ve finished, surprise: there’s more to clean. Some jobs expand mid-wash, unlocking new areas on the fly.

- Home Base Customisation: Restore furniture, decorate your HQ, and keep your base clean(ish). You earned it.

- Career Mode: Take on 38 jobs across increasingly strange, sprawling and oddly satisfying locations.

- Soap, Nozzles and Tools: Upgrade your washer loadout with adaptable nozzles, surface cleaners, and yes, bubbly soap.

- Cat Companions: Ulysses and her kittens are back, following you on jobs and expecting to be petted. Often.

From retro roller discos to campfires, mining trucks and a suspiciously large novelty teapot, we can’t wait to see players explore Caldera County. There are more jobs, more tools, and more to clean than ever before.

We're happy to bring you some news on the pricing of PowerWash Simulator 2!

We understand that some games are raising their prices, but for many, PowerWash Simulator isn't just a game: it's a wellbeing tool, a way to help get through the tough times, a way to decompress and return to those moments of calmness. At FuturLab, we want to keep that as accessible as we can.

So we’re pleased to share that PowerWash Simulator 2 will remain the same price as PowerWash Simulator!

PowerWash Simulator 2 will launch later in 2025 at $24.99 / €24.99 / £19.99 / JP¥2970. We’re reviewing other regional prices which will either match the price of PowerWash Simulator, or be lower at launch!

We’re so delighted our soothing hit has resonated with so many players (over 17 million of you in fact!) and our whole team has been genuinely moved by the response to the original game and the DLC. So keeping our sudsy-sequel the same price (with no plans to increase it in the future) is a small thank you to all of our players.

We’re so proud of PowerWash Simulator 2 and our devs have done an incredible job creating a brand new 38-level Career Mode, split-screen co-op, 4-player online campaign, improved visuals, new traversal mechanics (abseiling, scissor lift and more), expanded equipment (including a surface cleaner and new attachments), and a customisable Home Base, complete with pettable cats. 😻

And that’s not all, we still have features to share and, just like PowerWash Simulator, we’re planning lots of exciting post-launch support for PowerWash Simulator 2. Our roadmap is filling out and we can’t wait to share with you all the free updates and DLCs we have planned in the future. Our lips are sealed for the time being though!

Just purchased this morning for my big 60th bday, was going to get part 2, wife has part 1 also.
well just my luck it wasn't out yet so purchased part 1 and all dlc's. it would be nice to get a key for my bday. LOL Keep doing good work.
