Hello,

the following is personal for me as over the past week of so we have had some mutiny within our ranks. I and a few other of our members that I have spoken to are not happy as recently me and the other high ranking staff have been listening to your suggestions and completing them, an example may be the way we ran things before we made a change, a balance in the ranks was made, people were promoted and people also wanted it to be ran as a real military regiment, we also attempted to complete this (which we cannot do without our members complying as well). Saturday's Training was absolutely a mess, people were running around punching each other, people were tying up other members and also not listening to COs orders (this resulted in people getting annoyed and also a new recruit being permanently banned from the clan). After this I am not going to take a step back and review our members and new recruits and some people will be removed (this is not a matter of who I like more and who I don't like, this is people that are ruining my vision of a milsim roleplay clan). This means my other COs will be taking control over the next week and training is cancelled until further notice. Call this a temporary resignation from my post, I need to rethink my strategies and begin a fresh relationship with our members. I am sorry it has come to this but I have had enough of people ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ about and using us for our free teamspeak and server.
