As the leadership of Hoovystan has changed and its old kaiser, Kyösti, who is also known as me, has resigned, International Spy State will be meeting a new governor who is to develop the state into a self sufficient group with regular announcements and some actual events. Glory to the king Pootisovsky!🥳
I would also like to apologize for all the bad decisions I made during my reign, such as not developing this group and still refusing to give it away.😞 I am extremely sorry for this and I hope that the change of governor will bring in some actual changes
