Upper House
First Consul: Holds overall power to write, propose, pass and veto a law.
Second Consul: Holds the power to write, propose and pass a law.
Third Consul: Holds power to propose and pass a law.

Middle House
Member of the Assembly: Has the right to vote on legislation that will be passed onto the Consuls for approval, rewriting or to be vetoed.

Lower House
Tribune: Has the right to edit and write laws, but not vote upon them.
