Fallout Universe Role Play

This role play takes place in the post-apocaliptic world of Fallout in the year 2280 AD, the areas we are specifically role playing in is the nothern mid-western area ( Western New York, Northwestern Pennsylvania, Northern Ohio, Eastern and Northern Michigan, and Annexed Canada Tronto area.) There will be pre-existing factions like the Enclave or Brotherhood of Steel but there will be made up factions for the areas we are in to make it intersting. Everyone will start off small so no expert killers that can take out like 10 deathclaws at once or anything like that for awhile, other than that have fun.

** Rules **
1. No overpowered characters.
2. To make your character better make him/her do "character development missions" like for example hunting animals or scavenging.
3. You cannot control other players actions, you must type down on what your gonna do then let your opponent decide on whats gonna happen.
4. NPC's will be allowed in this only if you have permission by an admin or moderator.
5. NPC's are only there to help your character either by making them epierience something traumatic or aiding your character in developing it's personality.
6. If you have an idea to create a faction or group just tell the admin or moderator first to get it approved.
7. You must start off small. Ex: Wastelander resident, caravan gaurd and etc.
8. Have fun, interact with other peoples characters make side missions it doesn't matter just have fun and be creative.
