Starting up

Just put this together to get groups running for CS:GO Competitive Matchmaking.

Currently we're all mostly around Nova Master -- Master Guardian 2, and many of us have been playing together on and off since low Silver ranks. Sent out the first wave of invites, will invite more as we play.
