Lately tensions and tilt levels have been high within the team and we are left within a toxic environment. THIS IS NOT A GOOD WAY TO PLAY. So in an effort to help the team with individual and group skill i would like all of you to send 2 demos 1 LOSS and 1 WIN. I will look at the demos and talk with you 1 on 1 giving certain criticisms and also pointing out things you are already good at. This will help within roles of the team and give me a better understanding as your IGL to get to know your style of play better.

Ik we haven't been in good spirits lately but we need to work through tough spots like this and work together if we want to improve as a team.
