So, if you are in this group, I have invited you so you can become apart of the fam. Simply download Hamachi here: https://www.vpn.net/. Once you have downloaded Hamachi, launch it. Once you launch it, go to the network button and then click "Join an existing network". If you need to sign up, please do. Once you do so, put in the information in the boxes. (The information is provided in the most recent anouncements, the only way to see the announcement is if you go to the "View Hidden Announcements". This is so only group members can view this info.)

Once you connect, go to the game that I may be playing. Now go to the games console, and put in the IP shown IN THE HAMACHI BOX. You can click the IP and it'll show the IP copy options. Click the copy IPv4 option and put in the console connect. Once you do that, add a space and paste the IP into the console, then connect.
