In addition to this, the production, design, and environment teams have discussed the issue of player spawn locations - and the lack of traffic through the classic DayZ cities such as Chernogorsk, and Elektrozavodsk. The initial push to restrict player spawning in these regions was tied to the design of the Chernogorsk area, specifically the new tenement structures and the Balota airfield. As we move towards fully implementing centralized control over the economy this will become less of an issue. With this in mind, the Balota airfield as been redesigned and a new, further inland military base was created.
As 0.49 hits stable, players will begin to spawn all along the coast from Chernogorsk, to Novod. The reaction to this will be monitored, and the spawns will be adjusted accordingly.

We mayble are able to remove all 9 duplication techniques by tomorrow. However the issue with concetrated item spawns is still under investigation. Lets see what I have available next day. Plus there is the issue with server group respawn under default spawn point that has been hitting youtube recently. Sooo :)

Once or duplication techniques are gone and experimental is ready to hit stable (as in most of the blocker issues are gone). Next wednesday after all this is true, will the bundle hit stable.

As has already been stated persistence first iteration (second iteration will save content of containers, before stable) and loot respawn are going experimental (In addition to more content). Nothing is final , keep that in mind. Since there has been a lot of misconception in the last few threads, here are the highlights :
-Persistence has almost no effect on performance (it simply does not affect you on the basic level)
-Loot respawn has no effect on performance
-Server performance with the latest changes improved greatly
-From technical standpoint there is no difference in items that we save, they do persist through restarts (first loot roll simply cannot be changed by server restart, only natural flow of items can change that).

U can see how this teleporting hacker works. @ 13:58 spomo is looking at the silo and david's dead body. To his 10 o'clock there are 3 wooden crates on the ground. Watch closely over the next 2 seconds as a body rises out of the ground prone, then smoke from the shots and spomo is dead.
So they appear to be able to be in/under ground then rise up in place prone and then fire.

We're pushing a hotfix to experimental to address the session lost issue. If this checks out, will push to stable tomorrow.
Note: Servers on this update do appear to occasionally hiccup, but response time and stability is looking good. (So no more disconnects)

Alright - this is by no means a permanent fix, but should resolve rubber banding on experimental. Will take me a few hours to apply.
Expect rolling reboots, followed with "Oh man, I have a new character!" on exp
UK 0-1 through 0-4, DE 0-1 through 0-4, SE 0-1 through 0-4, US 0-1 through 0-4 and 0-7 should all have this temp fix applied now.

I am a seasoned DayZ player. Been aying the mod for over a year and a half and have over 250 hrs of SA. I am a hero but do love team battles. I would love to team up or help out beginners. I just love the game and either want to meet up with some Vets or i can take a couple people under my wing to better understand the game and how to survive. Im really friendly and encourage everyone to reach out to me... Thanks and look forward to meeting some of you
Feel free to use it as the groups teamspeak server and add it to the group info if you wish. You can use it with people that aren't in the group as well, just send me a message if you have any problems with the server.
For now we have been using TS 162.243.66.76 and creating a Dayz channel with standard password of 'ninja'.
David (cat face avatar) has volunteered to share his private TS server with the group, however, I do not think it is set up at the moment.
Other members had some cool ideas of stuff to do in game. I will probably set up some events at some point, and appoint more group mods/officers. More to come soon.
