🛠 FIXED | Story UX Adjusted
As requested, now it's easier to continue the conversations. I know there are some enemies of "press and hold" but this is actually the ultimate shield for missclicks. When troubleshooting, I would find myself in need of that "1sec hold" instead of just clicking. You can do so with SPACEBAR or X on the controller now. Hopefully now we have the best of both worlds yaaay :D

I don't know what, but something broke them two weeks ago. O.o I tried to reconnect everything, and it works for me. Please report if the items are not dropping for any of you.

🛠 FIXED | Amelia audio normalised
As requested. Some of you reported that the sound volume of Amelia talking vs... umm "having fun" xDDD kind.. a... not match. And yeah. Funny enough, it is my fault. Or should I say... YouTube's fault -_-.

You see, and take it as some sort of weird trivia, you noticed how YouTube is rolling more and more ads and how the ads are getting louder and louder vs the video audio volume? So I was listening to Moistcr1tikal video and suddenly and an ad (where half of the ad was AI-made) went KABLAAAAAAM, and I fell off my chair backward, launching my instant noodles (which I was slurping at the time) on my chest, face and head. And let me tell you this: hot AF noodles + long hairs = sad Laura.

So this is when I got a software called Sound Lock, and basically, what it does is limit the possibility of being blasted like that. You just set the upper limit for volume and never be blasted into your ears. Now, guess who forgot to turn that thing off when making a lewd game where half of the audio is talking, and the other is AAHHHH YESSS OOOOOOOH AAAARGH HARDER YEEEES.
Yup. MEEeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee....!~ ^_^

Long story short - I adjusted the volume across all the SFX, and now they should match each other. But if you happen to find something that doesn't, as usual - please poke meh ._. I like being poked.

🛠 FIXED | Turbo Toy Actions Fixed
Sometimes, when you switch between auto and manual too rapidly... the toy would turn into an industrial-tier jackhammer. Plowing poor(?) Amelia, like a woodpecker on cocaine. Weeeellllll, now that should either not happen again, or happen... less often? o_o Tbh, it's a very hard bug for me to track, so if you guys have some intel on how to replicate this occurrence 100% of the time, by all means, please, DM me.

🛠 FIXED | Content Revision
List too long, but a lot of the stuff was suggested by you. Stuff that didn't really fit the rest of the game. Like the used condom under the bed, some inappropriate images on the posters and photos, or Amelia saying "harder daddy". TL;DR I tried to make the game more coherent and consistent.

...and that's all for now. As discussed, I am now moving toward a 3-4weeks update schedule, to not get burned out. Expect some fat bombs dropping as the Winter Sale starts. It's gonna be my X-mas gift for you all :3

Just as Adult Games Week started, I got cold. Coughing, my nose turning into a gayer of slime, shivers - all the good stuff. What I should have done was to turn myself into a cocoon made of a blanket and hit the bed. What I did was work on Hot Fix (yes yes! the very same hot fix you're finally getting... today! D: ). What came next was only the obvious.

When my fever reached 40 degrees Celsius, I finally convinced myself to visit the doctor. After Ubering by shivering butt back and forth between my home, the doc offices, and the pharmacy, and then back home, I arrived with a grandma-worthy bag of pills and medicines you could probably pump an entire horse with.

Then I had a nap. Then I woke up. Then I started checking what's going on and hit that one review. Well, I am sorry. My emotions got the best of me. I am sorry for putting out a needless show. Should have been smarter. My skin should be thicker. For my defence, after an entire day of shivering and fever, my inner firewalls had been at their all-time low.

Negative reviews always hurt a bit, but they never leave a scar on me. I just take notes and try to do better. I know life is not all sunshine and rainbows. Trust me. I really know. I don't expect I have some sort of "free pass". A game is a game. Everybody has the right to be or not to be satisfied with their purchases, and it's my job to make it right. But yeah, this one made it to the last base. I'll do my best not not let something like this happen ever again. Sowwy T_T

Ok this one I am doing against his will. I would like to thank someone. An old and kind soul. He goes by the nickname of Vilehead. We bumped into each other in a gatcha game called Tower of Fantasy. I quit the game soon after. We grew a bond over anime, games, and movies. He is kind of a pseudo father figure to me now.

He helped me so many times this year I stopped counting. He told me to make an account on Newgrounds and helped me set it up and running. He helps me spread the news each update, hosts giveaways, do proofreading before I click the publish button, and he pre-tests the game before each update if he has the time. He even made my Twitter account (cuz Elon kept telling me I am a bot and to suck his ballz). Anything I do, create, post, or share - he pushes further and further. When I imploded last week, it was he who took charge of my discord server and kept it spinning.
And he never asked for anything in return.

And that is wrong.

I know he is gonna get mad at me for saying this, but oh well - thx Vilehead. And sorry, but just being grateful to you is just not enough for me. I want others to know too. You are kind. And kindness should always be recognized and visibly appreciated.

Of course, he is not the only one who helped me on this journey, and I am grateful to all my giga-chad helpers. But out of them/you all - he is the biggest. And I never properly thanked him.

You might have noticed on the storepage that in the field "Publisher" there is suddenly something else. That is no mistake or meme. The funny fact... that is not a publisher per say at all!

You see, at the time of the shared bundle with Pocket Waifu from JNT Games, there was a lot of back-and-forth brainstorming, and a wonderful idea came to life. You know how the majority of Publishers are kind a "painful necessity"? Because they feed on developers, but then again, it's borderline a miracle to successfully publish a video game in this day and age. So you kind a have to let them suck on you.

And this is where we had the idea... hey, what if we would replace Publisher.... WITH A COLLECTIVE?!?!? No boss, no nasty contracts, no selling your soul, no handing your IP to someone else. Just good old banding together, under the same banner. And this is how Horny Collective came to be. There is only me and JNT Games in there... for now. But we are reaching out to other devs, so who knows, our little gang might grow one day big enough to render publishers obsolete entirely!

Of course, don't expect much so soon. The entire project is one big WorkInProgress for now. But it's fair and noble. It makes each one of us help the others while keeping our freedom intact.

The idea behind the project is much more complex, and I am gonna share more news about it when I am gonna get the details but...

It's not just so lame cross-promotion. It's the exchange of talents, experience, and knowledge. Remember when I told you why I don't have high heels in the game yet? because I suck at rigging. Now, imagine there is a developer in our Collective who loves that and is pro at it. You scratch my back - and I will scratch yours. By banding together, we not only wish to expand our reach but also expand our development possibilities and make even better games! Because, as the saying goes:

One for All, All for One!!!!!!

Of course, there is always the risk we change our mind and start killing each other, but oh well high risk high reward you know xDDDDDDDDD
